Seeks to bring in force sections 4 and 5 of the Chhattisgarh Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2021 - 29/2021- State Tax - Chhattisgarh SGST

Government of Chhattisgarh Commercial Tax Department Mantralaya, Mahanadi Bhawan Atal Nagar, the 1 st April 2022 NOTIFICATION No.29/2021- State Tax No. F 10-17/2022/CT/(35) .- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Chhattisgarh Act (No. 2 of 2022) The Chhattisgarh Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2021,the State Government hereby appoints the 1 st day of August, 2021, as the date on which the provisions of sections 4 and 5 of the said Act shall be deemed to have come into force.
