GOVERNMENT OF KERALA Taxes (B) Department NOTIFICATION G.O.(P)No.191/2019/TAXES. Dated, Thiruvananthapuram, 18th November, 2019 2nd Vrischikam, 1195 S. R. O. No. 896/2019 In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-rule (2) of rule 123 of the Kerala Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, the Government of Kerala hereby nominate Sri. Inbasekar K, IAS, Joint Commissioner, State Goods and Services Tax Department as Member in the State Level Screening Committee constituted as per notification issued under G.O.(P) No.115/2017/TAXES. dated 25th September, 2017 and published as S.R.O. No. 581/2017 in the Kerala Gazette Extraordinary No. 2072 dated 25th September, 2017 in the place of Smt. A. Shainamol, IAS and consequently make the following amendment to the said notification, namely:- AMENDMENT In the said notification, in item (b), for the symbols, letters and words Smt. A. Shainamol, IAS, Additional Commissioner , the symbols, letters and words Sri. Inbasekar K, IAS, Joint Commissioner shall be substituted. The Government of Kerala had nominated Smt. A. Shainamol, IAS, Additional Commissioner, State Goods and Services Tax Department, Thiruvananthapuram as a member of the State Level Screening Committee in the place of Sri. D. Balamurali, IAS, Joint Commissioner-I, State Goods and Services Tax Department, Thiruvananthapuram and necessary amendment was made in the notification issued under G.O.(P) No.115/2017/TAXES. dated 25th September, 2017 and published as S.R.O. No.581/2017 in the Kerala Gazette Extraordinary No. 2072 dated 25th September, 2017. On account of transfer of Smt. A. Shainamol, IAS, Additional Commissioner, the Government have decided to nominate Sri. Inbasekar K, IAS, Joint Commissioner, State Goods and Services Tax Department, Thiruvananthapuram as Member in the State Level Screening Committee. The notification is intended to achieve the above object.
