No. 895/2019 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 148 of the Kerala State Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (20 of 2017), the Government of Kerala, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendment to the notification issued under G.O.(P) No.89/2019/TAXES. dated 10th June, 2019 and published as S.R.O. No.395/2019 in the Kerala Gazette Extraordinary No. 1354 dated, 19th June, 2019, namely: In the said notification, in paragraph 2, after the first proviso, the following proviso shall be inserted, namely: Provided further that the due date for furnishing the statement containing the details of payment of self-assessed tax in the said FORM GST CMP-08 , for the quarter July, 2019 to September, 2019, or part thereof, shall be the 22nd day of October, 2019. . 2. This notification shall come into force with effect from the 18th day of October, 2019. By order of the Governor, R. RAJAGOPAL., Additional Secretary to Government. Explanatory Note (This does not form part of the notification, but is intended to indicate its general purport.) On the recommendation of the Goods and Services Tax Council, the Government of Kerala, have decided to extend the last date for filing of Form GST CMP-08 for the quarter July, 2019 to September, 2019 till 22nd October, 2019. The notification is intended to achieve the above object.
