Seeks to amend Notification No. SO-39 dated 29-01-2020 - S.O. 89 - Jammu and Kashmir SGST

GOVERNMENT OF JAMMU AND KASHMIR CIVIL SECRETARIAT-FINANCE DEPARTMENT Notification Srinagar, the 10th of March, 2022. S.O. 89. -In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (4) to rule 48 of the Jammu and Kashmir Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act No. V of 2017), the Government on the recommendations of the Council hereby make the following amendments in the notification issued vide SO-39 dated 29-01-2020 :- For the words one hundred crore rupees , the words twenty crore rupees shall be substituted.
