GOVERNMENT OF ARUNACHAL PRADESH DEPARTMENT OF TAX, EXCISE NARCOTICS ITANAGAR Notification No. 79/2020-State Tax No. GST/23/2017/Vol-II Dated Itanagar, the 28th October, 2020 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 44 of the Arunachal Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (07 of 2017), read with rule 80 of the Arunachal Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, the Commissioner, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of Arunachal Pradesh, Department of Tax, Excise and Narcotics, No. 39/2020 - State Tax, dated the 5th May, 2020 published in the Gazette of Arunachal Pradesh, Extraordinary, No. 288, Vol. XXVII, Naharlagun, Thursday, December 31, 2020 vide file no. GST/23/2017/Vol-II, dated the 5th May, 2020, namely:- In the said notification, for the figures, letters and word 31st October, 2020 , the figures, letters and word 31 st December, 2020 shall be substituted.
