Governor of Punjab constitute Punjab Appellate Authority for Advance Ruling - S.O.70/P.A.5/2017/S.99/2018 - Punjab SGST

GOVERNMENT OF PUNJAB DEPARTMENT OF EXCISE AND TAXATION (EXCISE AND TAXATION-II BRANCH) NOTIFICATION The 14th May, 2018 No. S.O.70/P.A.5/2017/S.99/2018 .- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 99 of the Punjab Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Punjab Act No. 5 of 2017), and all other powers enabling him in this behalf, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to constitute Punjab Appellate Authority for Advance Ruling for Goods and Services Tax for hearing of appeals against the advance ruling pronounced by Advance Ruling Authority, which shall consist of the following members, namely:- (i) Smt. Manoranjan Kaur Virk, Chief Commissioner of Central Tax ; and (ii) Sh. Vivek Pratap Singh, Commissioner of State Tax, Punjab. M.P. SINGH, Additional Chief Secretary-cum- Financial Commissioner (Taxation) to Government of Punjab, Department of Excise and Taxation.
