Central Government appoints Judicial and Technical Members in the National Company Law Tribunal - S.O. 3412 (E) - Companies Law

MINISTRY OF CORPORATE AFFAIRS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 20th September, 2019 S.O. 3412 (E). -In exercise of the powers conferred by section 408 of the Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013) , the Central Government hereby appoints following persons as Judicial and Technical Members in the National Company Law Tribunal in the pay scale of Rs. 67000-79000/- (pre-revised) Level 15 in the pay matrix (Rs. 182200-224400) as per 7th Central Pay Commission with effect from the dates mentioned against each for a period of three years or till the attaining the age of sixty-five years, whichever is earlier- Sl.
