Jurisdiction of Income-tax authorities - Authorisation of Income-tax authorities and their jurisdiction - Seeks to amend Notification No. 50/2014 dated 22 October 2014 - 124/2022 - Income Tax

MINISTRY OF FINANCE (Department of Revenue) (CENTRAL BOARD OF DIRECT TAXES) NOTIFICATION NO. 124/2022 New Delhi, the 14th November, 2022 (INCOME TAX) S.O. 5258(E). -In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 120 of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961) , Central Board of Direct Taxes hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, Central Board of Direct Taxes No.50/2014 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, section 3, sub-section (ii) vide number S.O. 2752(E) dated the 22nd October, 2014 , namely:- In the said notification, in SCHEDULE-IV, for Sl. No. 106 Sl. No. 111 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and the entries shall respectively be substituted, namely:- Sl.
