GOVERNMENT OF PUDUCHERRY FINANCE DEPARTMENT (G.O. Ms. No. 79/2022-23, Puducherry, dated 26th October 2022) NOTIFICATION In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) sub-section (2) of rule 1 of the Puducherry Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Rules, 2022, hereinafter referred to as the said Rules , notified vide G.O. Ms. No. 18, dated the 20th July 2022, published in the Gazette of Puducherry, Extraordinary Part-I, dated the 22 nd July, 2022, the Lieutenant-Governor, Puducherry, hereby appoints the 1st day of October, 2022, as the date on which the provisions of rule 7 of the said Rules shall come into force.
