Notifies the Sonepat Hindu Educational and Charitable Society, Sonepat, Haryana u/s 10(23C)(iv) NOTIFICATION NO. 2012 DATED 17-7-2000 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-clause ( iv ) of clause (23C) of section 10 of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961), the Central Government, hereby notifies the Sonepat Hindu Educational and Charitable Society, Sonepat, Haryana, for the purpose of the said sub-clause for the period covered by the assessment year 1999-2000 subject to the condition, namely :--- The assessee will regularly file its return of income before the Income-tax authority in accordance with the provisions of the Income-tax Act, 1961.
