GOVERNMENT OF MEGHALAYA EXCISE, REGISTRATION, TAXATION STAMPS DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION The 26th December, 2022 No. ERTS (T) 65/2017/Pt. III/382 . - In pursuance of the powers conferred by sub-rule (4B) of rule 8 of the Meghalaya Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, the Government of Meghalaya, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby specifies that the provisions of sub-rule (4 A) of rule 8 of the said rules shall not apply in the State of Meghalaya.
