REVENUE DEPARTMENT (CT-II) THE TELANGANA GOODS AND SERVICES TAX RULES, 2017 - AMENDMENT TO THE NOTIFICATION ISSUED IN G. O . Ms . No . 99, REVENUE (C T. II) DEPARTMENT, Dt: 04-09-2020. [G.O.Ms.No.130, Revenue (CT-II), 21st November, 2022.] In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (4) of rule 48 of the Telangana Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, the State Government on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification issued in G.O.Ms.No. 99, Revenue (CT-II) Department, dt : 04-09-2020, and as subsequently amended from time to time namely:- AMENDMENT In the said notification in the first paragraph, with effect from the 1st day of October, 2022, for the words twenty crore rupees , the words ten crore rupees shall be substituted.
