State Government appoint CT & GST Officer, Balasore Range - S.R.O. No. 71/2023 - Orissa SGST

FINANCE DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION The 4th February 2023 S.R.O. No. 71/2023 . In exercise of the powers conferred by Section (3) read with Section 5 of Odisha Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Odisha Act 7 of 2017), the State Government do hereby appoint Shri Satya Narayan Parida, CT GST Officer, Balasore Range to be the State Tax Officer for the purpose of the said Acts with effect from the date he assumes charge as such to assist the Commissioner of State Tax and he shall exercise such powers and perform such duties as may be conferred or imposed by or under the provision of the said Act within such local areas as may be assigned to him by the Commissioner.
