Appointment of Judicial Member and Technical Member in the National Company Law Tribunal for a period of five years. - S.O. 2543 (E) - Companies Law

MINISTRY OF CORPORATE AFFAIRS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 25th May, 2023 S.O. 2543(E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by section 408 of the Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013) , the Central Government hereby appoints following persons as Judicial Member and Technical Member in the National Company Law Tribunal in the pay scale of Rs. 67000-79000/- (pre revised) [level 15 in the pay matrix (Rs. 182200-224100) as per 7th Central Pay Commission] for a period of five years with effect from the date of joining mentioned against the name of each such member specified in table below, or till attaining the age of sixty-five years, or until further orders, whichever is the earliest, namely:- TABLE Sl.
