No. FIN/REV-3/GST/1/08(Pt-1) (Vol. II)/180 Dated: 19th November, 2022 NOTIFICATION In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (c) of the Nagaland Goods and Services Tax (Sixth Amendment) Ordinance, 2022 (5 of 2022), the State Government hereby appoints the 1st day of October 2022, as the date on which the provisions of sections 1 to 14, except clause (c) of section 11 and section 12 of the said Ordinance shall come into force. 2. This notification shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from the 1st day of October 2022. (Taliremba) Commissioner Secretary
