Amendment in Notification No. 13/2017-State Tax (Rate), dated the 29th June, 2017 - 08/2023-State Tax (Rate) - Tripura SGST

GOVERNMENT OF TRIPURA FINANCE DEPARTMENT (TAXES EXCISE) No. F. 1-11(91)-TAX/GST/2022 Dated, Agartala, the 9th August, 2023 Notification No. 08/2023-State Tax (Rate) In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (3) of section 9 of the Tripura State Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Tripura Act No. 9 of 2017), the State Government, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendment further to amendments in the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 13/2017-State Tax (Rate), dated the 29th June, 2017, published in the Tripura Gazette, Extraordinary Issue, vide number 234, dated the 29th June, 2017, namely:- In the notification, in Annexure III, for the words and figures during the Financial Year ______ under forward charge , the words and figures from the Financial Year __________under forward charge and have not reverted to reverse charge mechanism shall be substituted. 2. This notification shall come into force with effect from 27th July, 2023.
