Seeks to amend Notification No. 1487-F.T. dated 24.08.2023 - 1898-F.T. - West Bengal SGST

GOVERNMENT OF WEST BENGAL FINANCE DEPARTMENT Revenue NOTIFICATION No. 1898-F.T. Dated, Howrah, the 17th day of October, 2023 [ Corresponding Central Notification No. 47/2023-Central Tax ] In exercise of the powers conferred by section 148 of the West Bengal Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (West Ben. Act XXVIII of 2017) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Governor, on the recommendations of the Council, is pleased hereby to make the following amendment in this Department notification No. 1487-F.T., dated the 24th day of August, 2023, published in the Kolkata Gazette, Extraordinary, Part-I, namely: Amendment In the said notification, after the words is pleased hereby to notify the following special procedure to be followed the words, letters and figures with effect from 1st day of January 2024 shall be inserted and shall be deemed to have been inserted with effect from the 31st day of July, 2023.
