Seeks to notify the provisions of the Manipur Goods and Services Tax (6th Amendment) Ordinance, 2023 - 22/2023-STATE TAX - Manipur SGST

GOVERNMENT OF MANIPUR SECRETARIAT: FINANCE DEPARTMENT (EXPENDITURE SECTION) NOTIFICATION NO. 22/2023-STATE TAX Imphal, the 30th September, 2023 NO. TAX/4(53)/GST-NOTN/2016 : - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Manipur Goods and Services Tax (6 th Amendment) Ordinance, 2023 (1 of 2023), the State Government hereby appoints, (a) the 1st day of October, 2023, as the date on which the provisions of sections 2 to 28 (except sections 16 to 21 ) of the said Ordinance shall come into force; (b) the provisions of sections 16 to 21 of the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have come into force from the 1 st day of August, 2023 DR.
