Seeks to extend the timeline under section 148 of the Rajasthan Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 for implementation of Notification No. F.12(1)FD/Tax/2024-71 dated 09.01.2024 - F. 12 (1)FD/Tax/2024-75 - Rajasthan SGST

GOVERNMENT OF RAJASTHAN FINANCE DEPARTMENT (TAX DIVISION) NOTIFICATION Jaipur, dated: April 15, 2024 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 148 of the Rajasthan Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act no. 9 of 2017) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the State Government, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendments in this department's notification no. F. 12(1)FD/Tax/2024-71, dated 9 th January, 2024, namely :- In the said notification, in para 4, for the words and letters 1 st day of April, 2024 , the words and letters 15 th day of May, 2024 shall be substituted. 2.
