Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Amendment Rules, 1996 - G.S.R. 592(E) - Foreign Contribution (Regulation)

MINISTRY OF HOME AFFAIRS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 27th December, 1996 G.S.R. 592(E). In exercise of the powers conferred by section 30 of the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act, 1976 (49 of 1976) the Central Government hereby make the following rules further to amend the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Rules, 1976 , namely :- 1.(1) These rules may be called the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Amendment Rules, 1996. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Rules, 1976 (hereinafter referred to as the said Rules), in rule 4 clause (a) for the words sixty days the words four months shall be substituted. 3. In sub-rule (2) of rule 8 of the said Rules for the words sixth days , the words four months shall be substituted. 4. For Forms FC-1A.
