Amendment in Notification No. S.O.1353(E) dated 21st March, 2018 - S.O. 1047(E) - Special Economic Zone

The Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) read with sub-section (5) of Section 31 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Department of Commerce, number S.O.1353(E) dated 21st March, 2018 , for inclusion of new members in Noida SEZ Authority, namely : In the said notification, the entry at Sl.
