Commencement date of the Constitution (One Hundredth Amendment) Act, 2015 - S.O. 2094(E) - Indian Law

MINISTRY OF EXTERNAL AFFAIRS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 31st July, 2015 S.O. 2094(E). In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of Section 2 of the Constitution (One Hundredth Amendment) Act, 2015, the Central Government hereby appoints the 31st day of July, 2015 as the date for acquisition of territories from Bangladesh and transfer of the territories to Bangladesh, in pursuance of the India Bangladesh Land Boundary Agreement and its Protocol.
