Exemption to Cinematographic films exposed but not developed — Amendment to Notification No. 17/2001-Cus. - 087/2001 - Customs -TariffExtract Exemption to Cinematographic films exposed but not developed — Amendment to Notification No. 17/2001-Cus. 3 rd September, 2001 Notification No. 87/ 2001-Customs In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 17/2001-Customs, dated the 1st March, 2001, namely:- In the said notification, in the Table, after S.No. 121 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be inserted, namely:- (1) (2) (3) (4) (5) (6) "121A 37.04 or 85.24 (1) Cinematographic films, exposed but not developed; Nil Nil - Recorded magnetic films used for producing TV serials.
