NOTIFICATION New Delhi , the 10th February, 2009 S.O. 442(E). - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 53 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), the Central Government hereby appoints the 10th day of February, 2009 as the date from which the non-conventional energy including solar energy equipment/cell Special Economic Zone at Kanksa, Panagarh, District Burdwan, West Bengal developed by M/s.
