(NT) dated 1st July, 1994 by the Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, New Delhi, under clause (a) of Section 152 of the Customs Act, 1962, (52 of 1962) I, C. Rajendiran, Commissioner of Customs, Coimbatore, hereby declare "Mettubavi Village, Pollachi Taluk, Coimbatore District" to be the warehousing station under section 9 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) for the purpose of setting up of 100% Export Oriented Unit as approved by the Ministry of Commerce, Madras Export Processing Zone, Chennai [F.C.
