Appoints Director, Software Technology Parks of India, Borjhar, to be the Development Commissioner of the Special Economic Zones NOTIFICATION New Delhi , the 24th April .2009 S.O. 1055(E). - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 11 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005, the Central Government hereby appoints Director, Software Technology Parks of India, Borjhar, to be the Development Commissioner of the Special Economic Zones as enumerated in the Table below :- TABLE Sl. For discharge of the functions as Development Commissioner, Director, Software Technology Parks of India, Borjhar, shall,— (i) abide by the instructions of the Central Government in the Department of Commerce and the Board of Approval on Special Economic Zones, issued from time to time; (ii) send periodic reports as prescribed by Central Government in the Department of Commerce to that Government and The Board of Approval on Special Economic Zones; and (iii) be responsible to the Department of Commerce for all actions taken as the Development Commissioner: Provided that his personal matters like leave, transfer, posting, etc., of the incumbent shall be governed by the orders and instructions of the Department of Information Technology or the Software Technology Park of India, as the case may be.
