Modvat - Rescinding of certain Notifications under Rule 57G

Notification No. 17/96-C.E. (N.T.)

In exercise of the powers conferred by rule 57G of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Government, hereby rescinds, with effect from the 1st day of September, 1996, the following notifications of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), namely :-

1. No. 32/94-Central Excises (N.T.), dated the 4th July, 1994.

2. No. 37/95-Central Excises (N.T.), dated the 21st December, 1995.

3. No. 3/96-Central Excises (N.T.), dated the 13th February, 1996.
