Invoice by registered persons - Amendment in particulars to be included therein Notification No. 35/95-C.E. (N.T.) Dated 15-9-1995 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (4) of rule 57GG of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 23/95-Central Excises (Non-Tariff), dated the 30th May, 1995, namely :- In the Annexure to the said notification, - (a) in item 1, in sub-item (b), after the entry" (i) Central Excise Registration No." the following entry shall be inserted, namely :- "(ia) Entry and page No. in RG-23D" (b) in item 5, - (i) in sub-item (a), for entry "(i) Name and Address of manufacturer/importer, if he is not the supplier", the following entry shall be substituted, namely :- "(i) Name and Address of manufacturer/importer"; (ii) for sub-item (c) and entry relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely :- "(c) Description of goods, tariff classification and sub-heading No.".
