Commodities notified for grant of credit - Amendment to Notification No. 7/94-C.E. (N.T.), dated 1-3-1994

Notification No. 17/94-C.E. (N.T.)

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (1) of rule 56A of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Government, hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 7/94-Central Excises (N.T.), dated the 1st March, 1994, namely :-

In the Table annexed to the said notification, -

(i) against S. No. 3, in column (2), for the words "Cotton yarn including sewing thread", the words "Cotton yarn" shall be substituted;

(ii) after S. No. 16 and the entries relating thereto, the following S. No. and the entries shall be added, namely, -

	(1)	(2)	(3)	(4)
	"17.	Yarn, including sewing thread	52.03, 52.04, 54.02, 54.03, 54.04, 54.05, 55.04, 55.05, 55.06	52.03, 52.04, 54.02, 54.03, 54.04, 54.05, 55.04, 55.05, 55.06"
