Amendment to Notification No. 45/89-C.E. -Rule 57K

In exercise of the powers conferred by rule 57K of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Government, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 45/89-Central Excises, dated the 11th October, 1989, namely :-

In the said notification, in clause (i), after the words "or margarine", the words "and bakery shortening" shall be inserted.
