Goods for and of 100% EOU - Amendment to Notification Nos. 136/94-C.E. and 1/95-C.E. Notification No. 113/95-C.E. Dated 20-10-1995 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 5A of the Central Excises and Salt Act, 1944 (1 of 1944), read with sub-section (3) of section 3 of the Additional Duties of Excise (Goods of Special Importance) Act, 1957 (58 of 1957), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby directs that each of the notifications of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), specified in column (2) of the Table hereto annexed, shall be amended or further amended as the case may be, in the manner specified in the corresponding entry in column (3) of the said Table. No. Notification No. and date Amendment (1) (2) (3) 1. 136/94-Central Excises, dated the 10th November, 1994 In the said notification, -(i) in paragraph 1, in condition (b) for the words "from the factory of production", the words "from the factory of production or from the warehouse" shall be substituted;(ii) for the word "Collector" wherever it occurs, the word "Commissioner" shall be substituted. 2. 1/95-Central Excises, dated the 4th January, 1995. In paragraph of the said notification. -(i) for the brackets, figure and words "(1) the user industry", the brackets, letter and words "(a) the user industry" shall be substituted; (ii) in condition (b), for the words "directly from the factory of manufacture", the words "directly from the factory of manufacture or from the warehouse" shall be substituted.
