EPZ/FTZ/EOU - Exemption to office equipments - Amendment to Notification Nos. 126/94-C.E., 136/94-C.E., 1/95-C.E. and 10/95-C.E. Notification No. 112/95-C.E. Dated 14-9-1995 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 5A of the Central Excises and Salt Act, 1944 (1 of 1944), read with sub-section (3) of section 3 of the Additional Duties of Excise (Goods of Special Importance) Act, 1957 (58 of 1957), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby directs that each of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) specified in column (2) of the Table hereto annexed shall be further amended in the manner specified in the corresponding entry in column (3) of the said table, namely :- TABLE Sl.No. Notification No. and date Amendments (1) (2) (3) 1. No. 126/94-Central Excises, dated the 2nd September, 1994 In the said notification, in Annexure I, for the entry against Sl. No. 4, the entry "Office equipments, spares and consumables thereof" shall be substituted. 2. No. 136/94-Central Excises, dated the 10th November, 1994 In the said notification, in Annexure I, for the entry against SI. No. 3, the entry "Office equipments, spares and consumables thereof" shall be substituted. 3. No. 1/95-Cetral Excises, dated the 4th January, 1995 In the said notification, in Annexure I, for the entry against Sl. No. 4, the entry "Office equipments, spares and consumables thereof" shall be substituted. 4. No. 10/95-Central Excise, dated the 23rd February, 1995 In the said notification, in Annexure I, for the entry against Sl. No. 7, the entry "Office equipments spares and consumables thereof" shall be substituted.
