Polypropylene filament yarn, not textured [ Ch. 54] Notification No. 465/86-C.E. Dated 11-12-1986 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (1) of rule 8 of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 376/86-Central Excises, dated the 29th July, 1986, namely:- In the Table annexed to the said notification, in Serial No. 4, for the entry in column (3), the entry "100 deniers and above but not above 750 deniers" shall be substituted.
