Customs Port - Dabhol ( Maharashtra ) - Amendment to Notification No. 62/94-Cus. (N.T.) Notification No. 52/97-Cus.(N.T.) Dated 13-10-1997 In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, No. 62/94 (N.T.)-Customs, dated the 21st November, 1994, namely : In the said notification, in the Table, against serial number (8) relating to Maharashtra, in column (3), against item (1) relating to the Dabhol Port, in column (4), for item number (b) and the entries relating thereto the following item number and entries shall be substituted, namely :- "(b) Loading of imported machinery and equipment for export, imported for Dabhol Project.".
