Appointment of Customs Port in Gujarat State for specified purposes - Amendment to Notification No. 62/94-Cus. (N.T.) Notification No. 51/97-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 29-9-1997 In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, No. 62/94 (NT)-Customs, dated the 21st November, 1994, namely :- In the Table annexed to the said notification, against serial number 5 relating to Gujarat, against item (28) relating to the Vadinar Port, in column (4), for the entry, the following entry shall be substituted, namely :- "(a) Unloading of following imported goods, namely :- (i) Crude Petroleum, (ii) Machinery and equipment (including Project imports) imported for Essar Oil Refinery Project; (b) Loading of machinery and equipment imported for Essar Oil Refinery Project."
