Appointment of Customs Port in Maharashtra State for specified purposes - Amendment to Notification No. 62/94-Cus. (N.T.) Notification No. 50/97-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 29-9-1997 In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, No. 62/94 (NT)-Customs, dated the 21st November, 1994, namely :- In the Table annexed to the said notification, against serial number 8 relating to Maharashtra, against item (4) in column (3) relating to Ranpar Port, in column (4) for the entry, the following entry shall be substituted, namely :- "(a) Unloading of ethylene, ethylene Di Chloride and Vinyle Chloride monomer; (b) Loading of PVC Resin for export."
