Customs airport for importation of goods and baggage - Amendment to Notification No. 61/94-Cus. (N.T.) Notification No. 46/97-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 16-9-1997 In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, No. 61/94 (N.T.)-Customs, dated the 21st November, 1994, namely :- In the Table annexed to the said notification, against serial number 15 relating to Tamil Nadu, in column (3) against item (c) relating to Tiruchirapalli, in column (4), for item number (a) and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely :- "(a) Unloading of imported goods from Sri Lanka, Sharjah and Kuwait and baggage."
