Inland container depots for loading and unloading of goods - Amendment to Notification No. 12/97-Cus. (N.T.) Notification No. 52/99-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 31-8-1999 In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (aa) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 12/97-Customs (N.T.), dated the 2nd April, 1997, namely :- In the Table to the said notification, against serial number 11 relating to the State of Tamil Nadu, after entry (iv) in column (3) and the corresponding entries relating thereto rate in column (4), the following shall be inserted, namely :- (3) (4) "(v) Pullichappallam Village, Vanur Taluk Unloading of imported goods and loading of export goods"
