Commissioner of Customs (Port), Chennai, appointed as Commissioner of Customs for adjudication of the cases pertaining to M/s. Wipro Infotech Ltd. Notification No. 50/99-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 31-8-1999 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby appoints the Commissioner of Customs (Port), Chennai to be the Commissioner of Customs for the purpose of adjudication of the cases pertaining to M/s. Wipro Infotech Ltd., Bangalore in respect of show cause notice no. SIIB/83/95 58/508/95 SIIB, dated the 26th September, 1995, issued by Commissioner of Customs, Custom House, Chennai.
