Appointment of Commissioner of Customs (Imports), Mumbai as Commissioner of Customs (Exports), Mumbai and Commissioner of Customs Chennai for adjudication of cases of Global Art, Delhi Notification No. 93/98-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 16-11-1998 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby appoints the Commissioner of Customs (Imports), Mumbai to be the Commissioner of Customs for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to the show cause notices specified in column (3) of the Table below issued by the authority mentioned in column (4) thereof in respect of the importer referred to in the corresponding entry in column (2) of the Table.
