Ball Bearings, Cellular Phones - Amendment to Notification No. 31/86-Cus. Notification No. 90/98-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 12-11-1998 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1A) of section 110 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 31/86-Customs, dated the 5th February, 1986, namely :- In the Schedule annexed to the said notification, after item number 10 and the entries relating thereto, the following item numbers and entries shall be added, namely :- "11. Ball Bearings; 12. Cellular Phones."
