Customs Airport - Appointment for specified purposes - Amendment to Notification No. 62/94-Cus. (N.T.) Notification No. 72/98-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 16-9-1998 In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of Inida, in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, No. 62/94 (N.T.)-Customs, dated the 21st November, 1994, namely :- In the Table annexed to the said notification, against serial number 5 relating to the State of Gujarat, in column (2) against item (3) relating to Dahej Port, in column (4), for the entries, the following shall be substituted, namely :- "Unloading of imported goods and loading of export goods or any class of such goods.".
