Drawback on imported materials used in the goods to be exported - Amendment to Notification No. 44/91-Cus. (N.T.) Notification No. 54/98-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 1-9-1998 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1A) of section 75 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 44/91-Customs, dated the 30th May, 1991, namely :- In the Table annexed to the said notification, the following entries shall be deleted, namely :- Sl. No. Material "18. Chlorinated Diphenyl 23. Cork 36. Erythromycin Thiocynate 60. Ortho-xylene 90. Glass-shells" This notification shall come into force on and from the 2nd day of September, 1998.
