Inland Container Depots for loading and unloading of goods - Amendment to Notification No. 12/97-Cus. (N.T.) Notification No. 47/98-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 3-8-1998 In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (aa) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 12/97-Customs (N.T.), dated the 2nd April, 1997, namely :- In the Table to said notification, - (a) against serial No. 5 relating to the State of Haryana, after entry (ii) in column (3) and the corresponding entries relating thereto in column (4), the following shall be inserted, namely :- (3) (4) "(iii) Rewari "Unloading of imported goods and loading of export goods"; (b) against serial No. 10 relating to the State of Rajasthan, after entry (i) in column (3) and the corresponding entries relating thereto in column (4), the following shall be inserted, namely :- (3) (4) "(ia) Bhiwadi Unloading of imported goods and loading of export goods"; (c) against serial No. 12 relating to the State of Uttar Pradesh, after entry (iv) in column (3) and the corresponding entries relating thereto in column (4), the following shall be inserted :- (3) (4) "(iva) Rudrapur "Unloading of imported goods and loading of export goods".
