Customs Airport - Appointment for specified purposes - Amendment to Notification No. 61/94-Cus. (N.T.) Notification No. 50/96-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 22-10-1996 In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 61/94-(N.T.)-Customs, dated the 21st November, 1994, namely :- In the Table to the said notification, against serial number 11 realting to Maharashtra, the entry in column (3) shall be numbered as (a) thereof, and after entry (a) as so re-numbered, the following entries shall respectively be inserted in column (3) and (4), namely :- (3) (4) "(B) PUNE Loading of perishable agricultural produce viz., flowers, fruits and vegetables."
