Ratnagiri Port specified for loading of all marine products and cement for export Notification No. 18/96-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 22-3-1996 In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 62/94 (N.T.)-Customs, dated the 21st November, 1994, namely :- In the Table to the said notification, in serial No. 8, relating to Maharashtra, against Ratnagiri Port, in column (4), for the entry, the following entry shall be substituted, namely :- "Loading of all marine products and cement for export.".
