Currency - Indian and Foreign currencies declared as perishable or hazardous goods under Section 110(1A) Notification No. 12/96-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 11-3-1996 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1A) of section 110 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Govt. of India in the Ministry of Finance (Deptt. of Revenue) No. 31/86-Customs, dated 5-2-1986. In the schedule annexed to the said notification, the following entry shall be added, namely :- "7 Currency, Indian Foreign."
