Karwar port specified for unloading and loading of goods of any class Notification No. 74/95-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 20-12-1995 In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of Section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 62/94, (N.T.)-Customs, dated the 21st November, 1994, namely :- In the Table annexed to the said notification, in Serial No. 6, against item (3) relating to Karwar (including Sadashivgad) port, in column (4), for the entries (a) and (b) the following entry shall be substituted, namely :- "Unloading of imported goods and loading of export goods or any class of such goods."
