Prohibitions on exportations out of India - Rescinding of 18 Notifications Notification No. 13/95-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 2-3-1995 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 11 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby rescinds the notifications of the Government of India in the late Finance Department (Central Revenue) or in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), (Revenue Division) or (Department of Revenue Company Law) as the case may be, specified in column (2) of the Table below prohibiting exports of commodities specified in the corresponding entry in column (3) of the said Table.
