Seizure of Perishable or Hazardous Goods Notification No. 10/95-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 1-3-1995 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1A) of Section 110 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 31/86-Customs, dated 5th February, 1986, further amended by Notification No. 7/93-Cus. (N.T.), dated the 25th January, 1993. In the schedule annexed to the said notification, for Item No. 6 and the entry relating thereto, the following item, number and the entry relating thereto shall be substituted, namely :- "6. Conveyance".
